Simply notify us by completing the Customer Service “Return” form located at the bottom of our website, within 48 hours of receipt of the item, and take up to 30 days to get it back to us for your choice of an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Our return mailing address is on the mailing label attached to your package - please use that address with "ATTN: RETURN" added to it.
More than likely you can re-use the packaging the item came in. If not, please try to use something similar to keep the postage cost down to the lowest it can be. Any items under 13 onces can be mailed using USPS First Class Service with Delivery Confirmation for about 50% off the Priority Service rates, and the delivery time is the same for both.
We highly recommend purchasing insurance for high priced items.
Upon our receipt of the item, we will process your return within 24-48 business hours
Should you choose to exchange an item for something else in the store, please let us know as soon as possible what item you would like so we can pull it from the store inventory and hold it for you.
All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which it was sent to you, including boxes and any promotional gifts
If you choose to keep a promotional cleaning cloth or cloths, the cost will be deducted from your refund, store credit, or exchange.
Our original shipping charges and your return costs are not included in the refund, unless we made an error, in which case we will take full responsibility for all shipping costs
